Nominations Opened
Announced at the first all-hands meeting of the year.
Nominations Closed
15 individuals expressed interest in various leadership roles.
Candidate Intake Begins
Each candidate is asked to provide materials in support of their candidacy.
Campaign Period Begins
Candidates may begin to promote their candidacy once their complete application has been received.
Voting Period Opens
Eligible RPC members may begin submitting their votes. The link to vote is emailed to eligible party members. (Check your spam folder!)
Campaign Period Ends
Candidates must cease all campaign promotion activities. This is also the last day of voting.
Results Announced
Once ballots are validated against the eligible voter list, the election results will be published.
Elected Roles
These positions have been elected.
Co-Leader (x3) - Clo Marie, Marwan Yassine Diab, and Hunter McMillan
The most senior political role in the party. Responsible for developing, executing, and managing the strategy to achieve the party's political aims, not limited to electoral victory.
Party President - Jamie Hari
The most senior operational role in the party. Responsible for developing, executing, and managing the internal operations of the party.
Treasurer / CFO - Peter JT Langdon
The most senior financial officer in the party. Responsible internally for everything to do with money.
Chief Technology Officer - Jamie Hari
Responsible for the party's information and systems, including hardware, software, security, privacy, and risk management.
Chief Accessibility Officer - Kevin Favron
Responsible for supporting all party members and the general public with accessing party information, events, activities, services, technologies, and in every other experience with the party.
Internal Auditor - Jey
Responsible for developing, executing, and reporting on internal audits (e.g., financial, privacy, security, accessibility, legal, ethical) across the entire party.
Chief Partnerships / Liaison Officer - Jamie Hari
Responsible for developing, executing, and managing the (individual and organizational) partner management function of the party.
Manages relationships between individuals, parties, and organizations that have the same objectives and goals that our party does, and works on affiliations and partnerships with them to further our objective.
Chief Marketing Officer - Jamie Hari
Regional Leader - Joe Domshy (BC & AB), Hunter McMillan (Saskatchewan)

We want to create a democratically-elected leadership team to lead the growing party in the interim until we are able to organize our first all-members general meeting (Inaugural Caucus) which is being planned for later in 2026.
Only RPC members registered before 11:59pm PT on April 11th are eligible to vote in this election.
Unfortunately, the nomination period for this election is closed. We will open another round of leadership elections later this year during our Inaugural Caucus.
