About 'Apps' and 'Modules'
APP 101 - RPC App Introduction
Apps
An App is an individual application in the RPC App platform. Each App (e.g., Email Management) is comprised of one or more Modules.
Additionally, Apps are:
- granted only as required, by user role (e.g., volunteers, candidates, leaders)
- continuously updated with fixes and enhancements
Certified RPC Volunteers and elected RPC Leaders needing access to additional Apps may email: app@revolutionparty.ca
For unregistered and newly-registered Users (you, probably) of the RPC App, the only available App is eLearning (i.e., the online component of RPC University).
For approved RPC App users, the ever-growing list of available Apps already includes:
Productivity
- Calendar
- Project
- Surveys
- To-do
Communications
Contacts
Discuss (Chat)
- Email Marketing
- Events
A Module is small component of the platform that provides a unique new feature or capability (e.g., sending emails, receiving emails) that can be used by one or more Apps (e.g., Email Management, Surveys, system notification emails).
